Due to varying QC standards across camera brands, even models of the same brand may have manufacturing tolerances. If the internal filter frame doesn't fit properly, please contact STC support or headquarters. Do not force installation.

STC's Clip-in filters are innovative and rely on the camera's internal structure for stability. Minor marks from installation may occur but do not affect camera functionality or warranty. STC will not cover these marks or offer compensation. Please consider this before purchasing if reselling your camera is a concern.
Shipping Notice
Our products are manufactured in Taiwan (R.O.C.), not China. After packaging, we ship via international couriers such as DHL or OCS. Import taxes are not included in our sales responsibilities; if you have concerns regarding customs duties, please contact your local customs office.
If a shipment is returned due to failure to pick up the package or refusal to pay customs duties, we will charge the additional return logistics fees. Order cancellations under such circumstances will also have the relevant costs deducted.
The 2026 new V.2 version features two differently designed housings that are universally compatible with the Canon R series. They perfectly meet the usage requirements of the R8 models.
590nm
With the 590nm wavelength, which retains more visible light, green leaves can be rendered into golden yellow, paired with a deep blue sky, or transformed into a retro, aged-film style.

720nm
The 720nm wavelength is generally the most popular choice. Its bright, pure whites and clear blue skies create a dreamlike atmosphere distinct from typical snowy landscapes.

850nm
For those who prefer monochrome imagery, the 850nm wavelength is highly recommended. It delivers deep, rich grayscale tones and strong contrast, requiring only basic level adjustments without additional post-processing.

Our frames are custom designed for each model of camera and are all made from an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy that is non-magnetic and shock-absorbent. We use CNC machining to make sure the frame fits snugly. An ingenious spring clip fixes the filter in place and you can unclip it with a light touch of your finger. Each filter set comes with a magnetized screwdriver to help you swap out one filter for another.
All our filters use STC’s exclusive nanocoating technology for the best optical quality. Our Sensor Protector, Star Mist, Cine Mist, Neutral Density (ND), Astro (light pollution) series, IR-Pass (590nm/720nm/850nm), and UV-IR-Cut filters all carry a double-sided hydrophobic, anti-smudge and antistatic nanocoating to enhance or block transmission in all kinds of particular spectrums.
For users who need multiple filters from the same series, you can refer to our Aerospace-grade Metal Case, featuring an exclusive stackable storage box with shock-absorbing foam. Compact and pressure-resistant, it allows you to carry all your filters at once—perfect for lightweight travel and outdoor shooting.
