If most products in the STC online store, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to contact STC Optics with any problems with your product.
To be eligible, you must have proof-of-purchase and your item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Contact customer service at SUBMIT A CLAM to begin the warranty process.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Depending on eligibility, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account.
Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We will always notify you via email when your package arrives at our Return Center for verification and refund processing. Please allow up 7 - 14 working days for your return to be received and processed.
