What thread sizes are available?
Available in 37mm, 39mm, 40.5mm, 43mm, 46mm, 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 60mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, 82mm, 86mm, 95mm, and 105mm. Select sizes are also available in a limited version.
What is the difference between the standard and limited version?
The limited version features a special finish for select thread sizes. Both versions share the same optical specifications and coatings.
Will this filter cause vignetting?
The super slim 5mm shock-absorbent rim is designed to minimize vignetting, even with wide-angle lenses.
Is this filter compatible with lens caps from other brands?
Yes. The frame's threading design is compatible with lens caps of all makes.
Does this filter affect image quality?
No. With 99.38% light transmittance and surface reflectivity below 0.3%, the STC UV Filter has virtually no impact on image quality and is suitable for 120MP and 8K video shooting.
1.1mm Schott B270 optical glass polished to a flatness of ±20μm. Chemically strengthened to withstand impact of 350MPa (equivalent to dropping a golf ball three times from a height of 120cm.) The rim has been carbon blackened, reducing ghost images by absorbing reflectivity and diffused infrared within the lens.

This double-sided anti-reflective coating raises transmission to 99.38% with reflectivity below 0.3%.
For the rim, we use a tough but lightweight aluminum alloy frame. The slim pressure ring design can allow as much light in as possible and also reduces vignetting when using a wide-angle lens. The inner circle is treated with non-stick Teflon and a matte black finish and the embossed frame is easy to rotate, won’t jam and cuts out reflection. The shock-absorbent frame also reduces the chance of damage to your lens if it takes a knock.
