We listened to the needs of international photographers who specialize in time-lapse photography year-round, seeking a product like Star Mist that enhances the sparkle of starry skies while preserving a clear, effect-free zone. This ensures ground landscapes remain unaffected during time-lapse sequences, avoiding potential interference. The Star Mist filter does not use simple abrasive lamination or traditional processes like surface grinding or etching found in soft filters. Instead, it employs special materials to precisely control the flow of light-reactive substances into the glass, creating defined effect boundaries. To achieve this, we invested costs up to 10 times higher to complete this challenge, providing landscape photographers—whether shooting stills, video, or time-lapse—with an exceptional tool.
